"Players overwhelmingly appreciate the overall graphics quality and artistic design, the depth and creativity of the game content, and the introduction of new factions with unique gameplay mechanics, while simultaneously expressing significant concerns regarding the need to reduce load times and improve stability by addressing numerous bugs, as well as frustrations over the overpowered units of the Sisters of Twilight faction and the slow pacing of the Wood Elves campaign that detracts from the gameplay experience; despite some enjoyment derived from new content such as the engaging mechanics offered by the Thrott the Thots DLC, players are broadly dissatisfied with frame rate drops and lag during gameplay, the perceived lack of emotional depth in character backstories, and the need for better value in DLCs, leading to mixed feelings about the price and content provided, exacerbated by the problematic removal of the Russian localization which has rendered the game unplayable for some, alongside criticisms regarding predictable plot pacing and lack of twists that could enhance engagement, thus illustrating a divided sentiment where while visual artistry and creative depth are lauded, critical gameplay performance issues and underwhelming storytelling elements significantly mar the overall player experience."
