Byzantium 1116 is the story of the reconquest of Anatolia by the armies of Byzantine Emperor Alexius Comnene, against the Seljuk Turks, just recently weakened by the passage of the First Crusade In a Hit and Run game, both sides are attempting to capture the opponent's strongholds in the highlands of central Anatolia before the latter can return in force and counter attack.
